My 5 years old and Super Why

My five years old and the Super why at PBS Kids have clicked.  He is spending 30 minutes  every time in the computer.

Separate but Equal in 2008?

Hi, every one who drop by! I am addressing this question to find out if it is legal in the United Sates to separate school children by their languages or skin color.
